1. Introduction

Simple Spark, Inc. (Simple Spark) is committed to providing a safe and private environment to store, download, share, and print your contact information. This Privacy Statement covers how Simple Spark collects, uses, and shares information. The terms of this Privacy Statement are considered part of Simple Spark's Terms of Service. 2. Information Collection

Simple Spark collects information when you register and use our services.

In order to establish your account, we ask for personal information such as your name and email address. You may edit your personal information via the Simple Spark Profile page at any time. See "Access to Personal Information".

Simple Spark collects information about your transactions with the Simple Spark service as well as information received from your browser, such as your IP address, cookie information, and pages you request from Simple Spark web servers. Simple Spark sets and accesses cookies on your computer when you use Simple Spark services. We use cookies to store user preferences. We also assign you a unique ID and store it on your computer in the form of a cookie to personalize our site to your profile. We also store a cookie relating to you on our servers, however our cookie does not contain any personal information.

3. Information Use

Simple Spark uses collected information to fulfill your requests for Simple Spark services, to contact you for service related topics, to improve our services, and to provide billing-related reports to Simple Spark partner companies.

Simple Spark reserves the right to send you service and administrative messages without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving these messages. Service and administrative messages include a welcome message, profile change messages, temporary password assignment messages, contact list messages, free upload notification messages, change of Terms of Service notification messages, and change of privacy policy notification messages.

If you check the opt-in check box on the profile page, Simple Spark may occasionally send you information about new products, special deals, or promotions.

Simple Spark may send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Simple Spark does not share, rent, or sell collected information with other people or companies except when we:

have your permission via an opt-in process;

provide billing-related information to third party partners- in which case they are not permitted to use the information for secondary purposes;

respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process as required by law;

need to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

need to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of Simple Spark's terms of service;

provide aggregate information that does not include personally identifiable data for statistical analysis of user behavior to third party partners; or

are acquired by or merged with another company.

5. Information Security

Information is password protected and is not visible to other members of the Simple Spark service, unless you explicitly share it. Your password is stored in an encrypted manner. Simple Spark uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions between your browser and our servers.

Simple Spark has physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard collected information. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, access to the information is limited to Simple Spark employees or contractors who need to come in contact with the information in order to do their jobs.

6. De-Activating Your Simple Spark Account

If you want to de-activate your Simple Spark account, please send an email to help@simplespark.com with your request. Include the username and email address of the account you wish to de-activate. Your account will be de-activated and you will no longer receive communications from us beyond the de-activation message. However, we will keep your account information in our database for record-keeping, billing, and statistical analysis purposes only.

7. Access to Personally Identifiable Information

If your personally identifiable information changes you may correct or update it by making the change via the Simple Spark Profile page or by emailing our help@simplespark.com or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below.

When you change your information via the Profile page your changes take effect immediately and when you submit changes to your information via email or phone call, we will respond to your request within 10-30 business days.

8. Changes and Updates

Simple Spark reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement from time to time by posing a new version, without notice to you, at http://www.simplespark.com/privacy/. We will notify you about significant changes to our Privacy Statement via email messages to the address specified in your Simple Spark account or by placing a notice on our site. Simple Spark will not use collected information in a materially new way without first providing you with an opportunity to opt-out.
