Great app for Customer care departments of all sizes. The differene with this is open source, Google based and features-wise, since it is targeted for Customer Care msotly, not focusing on Sales like competition. Thousands of OSS developers in Google forums provide great additions. I loved the most that Queplix integrates with iGoogle, so you can add any of their forms searchable to my iGoogle portal jsut by clicking and selecting which fields I want to search. I know their enterprise version comes with nthe full integration with Google searcg on GSA, searching all your documetns and any other applications (SAP, Siebel, etc.), based on your permissions and ranking all data based on your specific Role in the company.
