DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! This company is shady as hell. I paid for the premium service without noticing that it runs on Windows, so I had to ask for my money back a min. after I paid for it. (There is a 7-day money-back guarantee).

I bought the $15 1-year membership (from website: "Get 1 Year of Full & Unlimited Access for only $14.95") and received the following membership type:

Membership type: 1 Year subscription - Over 2500 channels on your PC for only [UP]/month for a total of 34.9 $ USD

Then, as you can see, there is a $20 activation charge that they forget to mention upfront. Incredibly frustrating.

Below is the email exchange I had with them - I love how they offer me "Limewire" and "Bittorrent" to keep me as a customer.

I am running Mac OS 10.5
I have DSL Internet
I have no antivirus/firewall protection
No errors occured.
I have about 750MB of RAM

The problem was that the premium TV program software I received from freetvonline.com does not work with the Mac operating system. So I can't use the product I paid for at all.

The website said there was a 7-day money back guarantee, so I am assuming there shouldn't be a problem with giving me a refund since I can't use the product.

I signed up for the premium service through freetvonline.com, and I failed to see that I need a Windows machine to run the software. Therefore, it doesn't work for me, and I'd like my money returned. The website said there was a 7-day trial period.

As you can see FreeTVOnline.com is a scam, a ripoff. It links to sites everyone already knows about and tries to pretend like its a premium service when all it does is collect a few links most of which no longer work and charges a monthly payment for it and they make it hard to cancel because once you've paid and see what they're giving you - you're unlikely to stay with it and it soon dawns on you that you were scammed. It's a legal scam but it's dirty. AVOID THIS and spread this message so people don't fall for it.
