Christian Gloddy, Founder and CEO

Christian began his career in the early days of "the web as a platform," working primarily on development and streaming media. Over the years, he has since widened his focus into the realms of project management, usability, savvy design, and their equal integration into the management and development of any successful application.

Christian has honed his skills at the Windows Media Group at Microsoft and as a Senior Developer at MTVi where he created assets for MTV, VH1 and Nickelodeon. He has worked on numerous startups in the areas of web-based applications and mobile solutions.

Jonathan Gayman, Creative Director

Jonathan is a graphic designer based out of New York City. After beginning his career as a designer with an insurance provider in his home state of Pennsylvania he moved to the Big Apple and joined the creative department at Ernst & Young LLP. He soon reached the Senior Designer position and has been the lead designer in many of the firm's exciting projects. Most recently these projects include the brand development for Global Recruiting, Strategic Growth Markets, and Transaction Advisory Services. He is also the lead designer for the firm's technology quarterly, Innovations. Additionally, Jonathan has a thriving freelance design business and has expanded his expertise to include web design, package design and a smattering of environmental design in addition to his print design roots.
